It's AGM Time - can you help our School?
We have two different types of meetings that happen during the year for our P&C, our Annual General Meeting and our Monthly (during School Terms) meetings.
Our Annual General Meeting is more than just a yearly catch-up - it's where our school community comes together to celebrate achievements and plan for an even brighter future. This is your chance to be part of the conversation that shapes our children's school experience. Our AGM happens in February each year, on a date determined at the previous AGM.
We keep things engaging and focused on what matters most to our school community:
Together, we'll look back at the year's highlights and share the positive impact our P&C has made across the school. From fundraising wins to successful initiatives, we celebrate our shared achievements.
We'll walk through how we've managed our resources and funded various school projects. It's your opportunity to see exactly how P&C contributions make a difference in our school community.
Every AGM brings the exciting opportunity to elect our new P&C team. Whether you're keen to step into a leadership role or help choose who will guide our efforts, your voice matters.
The AGM is the time to join our P&C family or renew your membership. Being a member means you can actively participate in decisions that benefit our school and students.

Our normal P&C Meetings are held every second Tuesday of the month, but only during School Terms. Occasionally we reschedule the date when we need to ensure that we have a Quorum, or for other reasons. If this happens, all financial members will be notified by email.
We believe in creating an open, inclusive space where everyone's voice matters. Our general meetings are where great ideas take shape and our school community grows stronger together.

Everyone is welcome to attend and share ideas, even if you're not yet a P&C member
We typically gather at the school - it's our home base! When that's not possible, we'll find a convenient nearby spot that works for everyone. And yes, we're embracing technology too! Sometimes we might hold hybrid or online meetings to make sure everyone can participate, no matter their schedule.
To make official decisions (like voting on important matters), we need:
10 members present if our P&C has 50+ members
5 members present for smaller P&Cs
This applies whether we're meeting in person or online
Sometimes life gets busy, so we try to make it easy to participate virtually:
We'll send clear instructions about how to join
Your online presence counts just as much as being there in person
Everyone gets a fair chance to vote on decisions
We will do our best to ensure the technology works smoothly
